朝日村マンホールカードのご案内 / Information on Asahi village Manhole Card

【マンホールカード配布場所について】

朝日村マンホールカード

マンホールカードは、下水道への理解・関心を深めて頂くためのコミュニケーションツールとして、そして世界に誇れる日本の文化物である日本のマンホール蓋を楽しく学べるツールとして発行されています。
The Manhole Card is issued as a communication tool and public relations tool to deepen understanding and interest in sewerage. It is also a fun tool for learning about Japanese manhole covers, a world-class cultural product.

朝日村でも地域のPR及び環境教育の一環として、2018年12月よりカードの配布を行っております。
Asahi village has been distributing Manhole Card since December 2018 as part of local PR activities and and environmental education.

どこで手に入れることができますか？ / Where can I get it?

カードは、指定の配布場所にお越しいただいた方及び関連イベントに参加された方に対してお渡ししています。
It will be distributed to those who come to the designated distribution location and those who participated in related events.

朝日村では役場庁舎6番窓口(建設環境課)にて受け取ることができます。
In Asahi village, you can pick it up at village`s governmental office counter #6 （Construction Environment Division）.

月曜から金曜の午前8時30分～午後5時15分が受け取り可能時間です。（祝日を除く）
Distribution time is from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm Monday through Friday （Except holidays）
土日祝日には、建物裏側の「休日通用門」にお越しください。
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, please come to the "Holiday Entrance" on the back side of the building.
マンホールカードは、全国共通の規約により郵送でお渡しすることはできません。また。一人に対して一回だけの配布となります。
Manhole Card cannot be maild, and distributed only once per person, according to national rules.

『カタクリの花とヒメギフチョウ / Katakuri flower and Himegifu butterfly 』

（ "春の女神" と "春の妖精" / "Spring Goddess" and "Spring Fairy"）

朝日村マンホールカードのデザインです

朝日村のマンホールカードデザインの由来です

村花の『カタクリの花』と、村の天然記念物に指定されている『ヒメギフチョウ』を採用したデザインです。
We designed this pattern in the image of "Katakuri flower" and "Himegifu butterfly," which is designated as a natural monument in the village.

カタクリは球根を植えてから花が咲くまでに7年かかると言われます。春の数日間だけ見ることができる、小さなはかないその美しさから『春の妖精』とも呼ばれる花です。
Katakuri is said to take 7 years from planting bulbs to blooming. It is a small beautiful flower that can be seen for only a few days in the spring, and is called ”Spring Fairy.”

朝日村の天然記念物に指定されているヒメギフチョウは里山に多い蝶で、晴れた日にのみ活動するところから『春の女神』とも呼ばれる蝶です。
Himegifu butterfly is a butterfly found in the undeveloped woodland near populated area and is designated as a natural monument in the Asahi village. That is active only on sunny days and called "Spring Goddess."

これらは共に【豊かな日本の田舎】である朝日村をイメージしています。
Both of these are the symbols of Asahi village, a "beautiful and quiet village with a wealth of nature."

豊かな水源に恵まれた私たちの朝日村では、貴重な動植物の自生地・生息域の保護に力を入れています。
In Asahi village, which is blessed with rich water source, we are protecting the "self-frabric (habitat)" for precious animals and plants.
